For instant payment methods like Credit Card or PayPal, the delivery information will be sent via e-mail, usually within a few minutes after an order has been successfully completed. For payment methods such as Bank Transfer, check or PayPal eCheck, the delivery will be done after the payment is confirmed (usually 2 to 3 business days).
If you have not received the licensing information email within 20 minutes after the purchase, please also check the Junk (SPAM) section of your email, your SPAM filters might block the emails with the registration key(s).
Sometimes the order may not pass the automatic fraud check system. In that case the delivery can be delayed up to 12 hours (depending on your time zone) to process the order manually. If you haven't received the registration key during this period, please contact our Support Team.
How to Register the Software
The trial version becomes registered when you enter the registration key, so you don't need to download and install the software again.
Registered software does not show a reminder of the trial version. Therefore, if you do everything right, you shouldn't see that reminder, and your registration information appears in the About dialog of the software.

If you experience technical or other problems that cannot be solved, you can get a complete refund of your purchase price within 30 days after the purchase.
To place a refund, return or exchange request for the order, contact us via email at , and provide us with the order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request, and will generally notify you via email of the results within 2 business days.
Any physical media (e.g. CD or DVD) shipped to you after the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
