In the first place, Comfort Keys is designed to configure all kinds of shortcut keys. You can use shortcut keys to run various programs, open documents, websites, paste text, play keystroke macros and much more.

You can use the template manager to quickly paste frequently used text fragments. Just type the name of the template or only its beginning and press Win+Space (by default). You can add template sets standard for HTML, SQL, Pascal in the settings of the program. If you need your own set of templates, it will not take a lot of time to create it, but it will save you a lot of time afterwards. If you think that other software developers can use your set of templates, send it to us and we will include it in the list of standard templates.

In programming, you constantly have to type "weird" sequences of characters and automatic language switchers do not cope with their task. With Comfort Keys, you can control the process of switching the language for already typed characters. Press Win+Shift (by default) in order to switch the language for the recently typed characters or just select the text and press Win+Z (by default).

The clipboard manager monitors all changes in the clipboard and saves any number of fragments (30 by default). Besides, the entire information is immediately saved to the hard disk. You can view saved fragments and paste them again. Since information is copied into the clipboard in several formats at once, you can select the format you are interested in while pasting it.

The built-in on-screen keyboard will allow you to select a comfortable keyboard combination and afterwards this very on-screen keyboard will show you what shortcut keys are available for you. You can use it to quickly type text in a language your keyboard is not designed for. Also, you can customize the appearance of the keyboard and use keys that your keyboard simply does not have.

All launched programs and applications are automatically saved in the program launch history. You can view the history using the NumLock key (by default). The history is displayed as a chronological list that can be used to run the selected program again.

Secretary

Add typographic characters to the set of shortcut keys in the settings and type advanced characters holding down the AltGr or RightWin key. You can see the characters you can paste on the visual keyboard as it is described in item 1.
