Bug when switch IME with Comfort On-Screen Keyboard

I tested Comfort On-Screen Keyboard in VM

Switch IME with direct ctrl-space, every things go well. Only ONE IME toolbar there.

But when I switch IME by clicking ctrl-space with Comfort On-Screen Keyboard, TWO IME toolbars appears!

After closing Comfort On-Screen Keyboard, IME toolbar goes normal again.
