When you post message to Show keyboard AutoHide option will be set to False.
When you post message to Fade keyboard (not Close) AutoHide option will be set to True.

So all you need:
PostMessage(FindWindow('TFirstForm', 'CKeyboardFirstForm'), WM_CSKEYBOARD, 3, 0);
