Is there a shortcut or command key that I can set it to a tablet button
so when I press on the hardware key it'll show or hide the keyboard?

In addition, is there a way I could set the keyboard on the same default location (like I want it to be above the taskbar 'coz sometimes it's on the top or middle of the screen)?

thanks in advance,
soda

See in options of the program: Keyboard Shortcuts -> Show/Hide On-Screen Keyboard.

The keyboard save its location by default. Do you change the resolution of the screen?
If not then check in the options Floating window for the On-Screen Keyboard -> Show On-Screen Keyboard next to the text entry area when possible.

I believe the keyboard change location because i turn on show next to text entry, so that one is solved now.

Comfort Keys

See in options of the program: Keyboard Shortcuts Settings -> Action type: Comfort Keys Pro actions -> Show/Hide On-Screen Keyboard.
Maybe you can assign this action to your hardware button. Try.
