SAving Fragments.....No Creating Folders?

Was really in need of organing and having more access to frequently used fragments. I can save to Favorites but just assumed that creating folders and saving to them would be a function of the clipboard manager.

A really nice addition to this program would be to allow for adding selected fragments to a right click, drop down menu.
