 Joined: Sat Jul 12 2008, 08:54PM Posts: 2 | HI Have only been using Comfort Keys for two days and have a couple of questions Re; features. First, I have a hard time keeping track of my clipboard fragments- looking at the list, they all start looking the same. I work with templated forms with open cells to type into. As there are many different forms, I may have as many as say, twenty or so different copied fragments. It is really hard to tell what clip is what after a while. Is there any way to name or otherwise mark the clips in the clipboard display? Also, is it not possible to save clips? I know I can use Favorites, and I am but, it seems that there must be a way to organize them better, say like, creating bookmark folders in a web browser. This would allow for a drop down list of folders containing specific clips for specific tasks. It is just difficult to keep track of the various clips and fragments that accumulate while working. This brings me to an issue with trying to use templates. When I try and use template segments in my forms, they do not appear. I can only get them to paste by doing it manually. Say, I am going to enter a templated segment into an empty cell. I put the cursor into the cell, activate the Template Mgr, type in the template name and hit the Template Mgr. key and nothing happens. Works fine in Notepad, not where I really need it though. Any help would be appreciated. Jay | ||
